Thank you for shopping with us! We’re committed to getting your home goods safely to your door and making your shopping experience as smooth as possible. Please review our shipping policy below for information about processing times, delivery estimates, shipping charges, and more.

Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after your order is placed. Processing times may be longer during holidays, sales, product launches, or periods of high order volume.

You will receive a confirmation email after your order has been placed. Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

Please note that business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your order size, weight, shipping destination, and selected shipping method.

Any free shipping promotions, when offered, will be subject to the terms and conditions stated at the time of the promotion.

Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days within the United States.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Large, Heavy, and Oversized Items

Some furniture, décor, mirrors, rugs, lighting, and other large or heavy home goods may require additional processing time, special handling, or freight delivery.

Additional shipping charges may apply to oversized items and will be displayed at checkout or communicated to you before your order is shipped.

Freight deliveries may require an appointment and an adult to be present to accept the delivery.

Order Tracking

When tracking information is available, it will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check around your property, with household members, neighbors, and your local carrier.

If your package is still missing, please contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can assist you with the next steps.

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery. However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers with carrier claims or investigations when possible.

Packages Lost or Damaged in Transit

If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible.

For damaged items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number, a description of the damage, and clear photographs of the item and shipping packaging.

We will review your claim and work with you to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the circumstances and product availability.

Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately. You may receive more than one package and multiple tracking numbers for the same order.

You will not be charged additional shipping fees when we choose to split your order into multiple shipments.

Shipping Restrictions

At this time, we ship to eligible addresses within the United States.

We do not currently ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, U.S. territories, or international destinations unless otherwise stated at checkout.

Some products may have additional shipping restrictions due to their size, weight, materials, or carrier requirements.

Order Cancellations and Changes

We begin processing orders as quickly as possible. If you need to cancel or change your order, please contact us immediately.

We cannot guarantee cancellations or changes after an order has entered processing or has shipped.
