Returns

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@havenandroot.store with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened personal care or skincare products
  • Perishable goods (teas, coffees, pantry items)
  • Digital products or gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return the original item and place a new order.

Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
