All orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been processed and shipped, delivery typically takes 7–14 business daysdepending on your location and the supplier fulfilling your order. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, or high-demand periods.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery location.

Multiple Shipments

Some orders may ship in multiple packages from different suppliers. You will receive a separate tracking number for each shipment. There is no additional charge for split shipments.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping

Delays & Lost Packages

Haven & Root is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at hello@havenandroot.store and we will work with the supplier to resolve the issue.
